The letter "X" in your tax code indicates that the employee is operating on a Week1/Month1 basis.


Updating Your Tax Information


To ensure that your tax information is accurate, please follow these steps:


1. Navigate to Manage Payroll in your payroll system.

2. Click on Employees to view your employee list.

3. Select the employee whose tax information you wish to update.

4. Click on Select Action and then choose Tax Info to review and modify the tax code as necessary.
