To enhance Capium's and your firm's security, we have made Two-Factor Authentication mandatory when logging into Capium for you, your staff, and your clients in order to more effectively protect your data. This is an extra layer of security used to ensure that people trying to gain access to an online account are who they say they are. It adds a second step to the login process, making it harder for unauthorized users to access your account.

Upon entering your email address and password to access the system, a 6-digit OTP code will be sent to your mobile number. After entering your OTP, you will have the option to remember the device for 30 days without any OTP's by selecting the 'Trust the Device' option. If you choose 'Do not Trust', you will be required to enter the OTP again during your next login.

If you do not have access to the mobile number or if there are delays in receiving the OTP due to unforeseen circumstances such as network coverage issues or restrictions on SMS delivery, you may opt for the 'Try another way' as an alternative.

Please refer to the screenshot on our application that guides you through the email verification process. This option is available to ensure a seamless process in case of any difficulties with SMS delivery.

When you click on 'Try another way', our application will email you the OTP that you can use to log in.

Please ensure that you routinely clear your browsing history, cookies, and cache to avoid any disruptions when accessing your account. If the issue continues, consider using a different browser or utilizing private browsing modes such as those available in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

If you encounter any delays in receiving OTPs via email inbox, kindly review the following:

1. Please review the spam or junk folder.
2. Verify if the same email address has been designated as the primary email.
3. Verify any subfolders or labels designated for Capium within the email section.
4. Ensure you possess reliable internet connectivity.

If issue continue to persist, kindly contact the support team at support@capium.com for additional assistance.
