Add Logo to Invoices


If you wish to upload a logo to the invoices within the Bookkeeping module, please adhere to the following steps:


1. Navigate to the Bookkeeping Module: Start by logging into your account and selecting the Bookkeeping module from the main dashboard.


2. Click on Client Specific: Within the Bookkeeping module, select the client.


3. Go to Settings: Once you are in the Client Specific section, look for the "Settings" option.


4. Select Company Info: In the Settings menu, find and select "Company Info." 


5. Click on the Settings Tab: After accessing Company Info, navigate to the "Settings" tab. 


6. Unselect the Checkbox 'Use Doc (Word) Invoice Template': To ensure your logo appears on the invoices, you need to uncheck the box labeled 'Use Doc (Word) Invoice Template.'


7. Save Your Changes: After making the necessary adjustments, don’t forget to click the "Save" button to ensure all your changes are applied.


8. Navigate to General Settings: Next, head over to the General Settings section. 


9. Click on Company Logo: In General Settings, look for the option labeled "Company Logo." This is where you will upload your logo.


10. Upload Your Logo: Finally, click on the "Upload a file" button and select the logo file from your device. Make sure to refer to the attachment guidelines for the best results regarding file type and size.




Upon finalizing these steps, your logo should be effectively incorporated into the invoices.
