Welcome to this quick guide on how upload documents as an accountant using the Capium 365 app to different clients. This guide will walk you through the essential steps. 


Capium 365 app allows accountants to securely log into their account and effortlessly upload documents on behalf of their clients. This powerful feature streamlines day-to-day workflows, saves valuable time, and guarantees that client records remain accurate, organised, and instantly accessible. 


To get started, sign in to the Capium 365 app with your accountant credentials.


Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the page shown below. From here, you can select the client you want to upload documents for. 


Once you have selected your client, you will be directed to the page shown below. From here, you can quickly scan a receipt or invoice, or select ‘Take Me to Dashboard’ to access the option to scan various types of invoices and receipts plus other features of the app.  


After clicking ‘Take Me to Dashboard’, you will be taken to the client’s dashboard. To switch between clients, simply click the menu icon (three lines in the top left corner). Then, select the client’s name at the top to open a dropdown list of all your clients. From there, choose the desired client to instantly access their account and follow the same steps to upload their documents.
