Welcome to this quick guide on how to upload documents using the Capium 365 app. This guide will walk you through the essential steps.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the page shown below. From here, you can select the client you want to upload documents for.
Once you have selected your client, you will be directed to the page shown below. From here, you can quickly scan a receipt or invoice, or select ‘Take Me to Dashboard’ to access the option to scan various types of invoices and receipts plus other features of the app.
After clicking ‘Take Me to Dashboard’, you will be taken to the client’s dashboard. From there, select the menu icon (three lines in the top left corner), then choose either Invoice or Receipt, and select the type of document you wish to upload.
Once you have selected the type of receipt or invoice, you will be directed to the page shown below. Click on the ‘+’ button, and you will see two options:
Upload an image from your gallery by selecting the photo icon at the bottom left.
Capture a new photo of the receipt or invoice by selecting the camera icon in the bottom center.
After uploading or capturing the image, click ‘Upload Receipt/Invoice’ to add the document into the system.
Once the receipt or invoice has been uploaded, a confirmation pop-up will appear stating ‘Receipt or Invoice Uploaded Successfully.’
To view the uploaded document, click ‘View All.’ This will take you to the receipts or invoices summary area, where you can select and review the file you just uploaded.
You can also switch between clients easily by clicking the menu icon (three lines in the top left corner). Then, click on the client’s name at the top to open a dropdown list of all your clients. Simply select a client from the list to access their account.
