Capium 365 supports 5 different entities:

Limited companies, partnerships, and LLPs will have 7 tabs at the top.

  • Dashboard: View and manage client details in this section.
  • Invoices: Create new invoices or upload them in bulk. Users can also manage existing invoice records here.
  • Receipts: Upload and organise receipts for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
  • Bank: Set up and manage bank feeds to streamline transaction imports.
  • Drive: Access and manage uploaded files. This section stores all documents shared by users and their clients.
  • Reports: Generate Income and Expense Reports to monitor financial performance.
  • Users: Clients can invite their staff members or business partners to collaborate within Capium 365.


Individual and sole traders have different options at the top of their page. 

You will be able to see: 

  • Dashboard: View and manage client details in this section.
  • Sources: Designed for individuals and sole traders, this section lets users categorise income by source. The system then automatically splits the income and populates the Self Assessment MTD module.
  • Books: A simplified bookkeeping tool that enables clients or their accountants to reconcile bank transactions against income and expenses using bank feeds, receipts, and payments.
  • Invoices: Create new invoices or upload them in bulk. Users can also manage existing invoice records here.
  • Receipts: Upload and organise receipts for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
