This article is a step-by-step guide on how to set up and track all your recurring invoices. 

 

Navigation: Capium 365 > Client Portal > Invoices > Recurring Invoices

Filters & Exports: 

You can use the same tools available in the main invoice section: 

-Filter by Status (Active, Paused, Ended) 

-Filter by Time Period 

-Search using client name or keywords 

-Export to Excel, CSV, or PDF 


Managing Recurring Invoices: 

When you hover over a recurring invoice, action icons appear on the right side, allowing you to: 

Edit - Modify invoice details, frequency, or recipients 

Pause -Temporarily halt the recurring invoice 

End - Stop the recurrence permanently 

Delete - Remove the recurring invoice from the system
