Capium 365 features a dynamic Global Action Bar that adjusts based on the section you're viewing. When users are in the Dashboard, Manage, or Drive areas, this top menu functions as a Practice-level Action Bar, providing tools and shortcuts relevant to managing the overall practice.

Plus Button – Global Action Bar (Practice-Level)
On the Global Action Bar (Practice-Level), the first icon on the left is the Plus Button, which provides quick access to key creation tools. From left to right, here's what you can do with it:
- Create a Document Request (Beta) – Quickly initiate a request for documents from clients, streamlining document collection.
- Documents (Beta) – Start a new document within the Capium document management system.
- Clients – Add or remove a client directly from any section.
- Users – Add or remove staff users without navigating away from your current view.
- Templates – Edit emails that can be sent out to all the clients
Activity Button – Global Action Bar (Practice-Level)
The second icon on the Global Action Bar is the Activity Button, designed specifically for admin users. It provides visibility into practice-level audit logs, allowing admins to monitor actions taken across the entire platform—such as user activity, client modifications, and system events.

Setting Button – Global Action Bar (Practice-Level)
The third icon on the Global Action Bar is the Settings Button, where admins can configure key practice-level settings. This includes:
- Business Details – Company name, address, VAT number, and contact info (used on invoices and emails).
- Demo Data – Add demo entries to explore Capium’s features in context.
Remaining Buttons – Global Action Bar (Practice-Level)
Menu Button (4th icon) – Allows you to switch between different Capium applications from a central location.
Announcements Button (5th icon) – Displays key platform updates, feature releases, and important notices relevant to your practice.
Tickets Button (6th icon) – Lets you access your support tickets, track their progress, and submit new queries to the Capium support team.
Help Button (7th icon) – Opens the support centre, where you can search the knowledge base or get direct assistance.
Profile Button (final icon) – Gives you access to your user profile settings, including login details and logout options.
