Within the Capium 365 Manage section, the Users area serves as your central hub for efficient user management. This intuitive interface provides all the tools you need to maintain control over your team and their access. Here, you can:
Add new users to your practice.
Edit user permissions to control access based on roles or responsibilities.
Assign users to specific clients to delegate responsibility.
Update existing user details as needed.
Search for users by name or status to quickly locate records.
Adding a New User
Note: We recommend you add your users in the My Admin section in Capium if you have other modules, otherwise you can add them in this section.
To add a new user, you press the purple button in the top left labelled ‘+ Add User’.
You will then be taken to this page:
In this page you must add:
- Their first name
- Their email ID
- Their user permissions
We recommend checking the box at the bottom to see if you want to assign this user to all future clients and/or all existing clients as these will be automatically checked on.
Editing User Permissions
To edit the user permissions, firstly click this drop down:
This will allow you to choose what permission ranking the user should have.
To change what the permission allows, press the pen icon below the drop down:
This page will pop-up:
You can change the permissions in here for that user.
Assigning Users to Specific Clients
Once you have created your users, you can edit them and give them access to specific clients with this button:
In this page you can press the ‘Assign Client’ button on the bottom of the page. This page will pop up:
From here you can assign the user to certain clients.
