From Capium 365, click on the Capium link. Once you click on this link select "My Admin" once are redirected to the My admin module:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access My Admin from Capium 365

  • From the Capium 365 dashboard, click on the Capium link.

  • Select My Admin to be redirected to the My Admin module.

Navigation: My Admin > Clients

2. Add a New Client

You have two options for adding clients:

  • Select 'New Client' to add clients individually.

Client details to input:

  • Client ID

  • Client Type

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Address

  • Business Start Date

  • Book Start Date

  • Registration Number

  • UTR Number

  • VAT Scheme Details

  • Accounts Office Reference Number

  • PAYE Reference Number



3. Connect Key Contacts

Once the client is added, you must connect the key contacts for the client.

  • Please refer to this guide for instructions on how to connect clients and contacts.

4. Sync Client to Capium 365

  • Navigate back to Capium 365.

  • Click Import.

  • Select the client you created in My Admin.

  • Click Import again to sync and create the client in Capium 365.

Once completed, the client will be available for use in the relevant module within Capium 365.




Once the client is added you need to then connect the key contacts for the clients, please refer to this guide to connect clients and contacts.

Once the client is connected navigate back to Capium 365. at this point you will need to import the client from the my admin module that you just created to sync the client between bookkeeping and my admin.
