Yes you can add CIS deductions directly into books for unregistered VAT clients.
To do this go to: Capium 365 > “Books” > Find the income expenditure you want to add the CIS deduction to > Click the “+” Icon on the right hand side > Select the level of the CIS discount > Click “Save” > The CIS deduction will then be applied
