My Business
Navigation: Capium 365 > Settings > My Business
When starting to use the Capium 365 module, the first thing that needs to be completed is the “My Business” section. Select “Company” or “Individual” and populate all the relevant information.

Preferences
Navigation: Capium 365 > Settings > Preferences
The “Preferences” section relates to the Document Request Preferences.
- “Create the client directory and download the files to documents menu from requests” automatically downloads the files to the “Documents” section when a client actions a request.
- “Require Password to Access File” will password-protect any PDF or Excel files.

Templates
Navigation: Capium 365 > Settings > Templates
In “Templates”, you can customise the subject and messages used in the document requests, including:
- Document(s) Request Sent
- Document(s) Request Resent
- Document(s) request deadline reminder
- Document(s) Requests Due Today
- Document(s) Request Overdue
- Document(s) Message Received
- Document(s) Message Reply Received
- Document(s) Request Rejected
You can also customise your email signature to be included in all the messages.

How to Amend existing templates
Navigation: Capium 365 > Manage > Templates > click the pencil icon labelled “Edit” to the right-hand side of the template you want to edit > Edit the template > Click “Save and Exit”

Demo Data
Navigation: Capium 365 > Settings > Demo Data
The “Demo Data” allows you to add or remove dummy data for trialling purposes.
