When you start working on Capium for the first time, it is essential to complete the mandatory information in the Firm Details section. Below is a guide to the fields you’ll need to fill out, including recent changes and updates.

  • Client ID

  • Client Type

  • Select Contact (The Key Contact for the company for all automated communication)

  • Select User

  • Name (Name of the client (entity)

  • Primary Email 

  • Secondary Email (New)

  • Phone number

  • Addresses (Registered Office, Trading, and Overseas) (New)

  • Business start date

  • Book start date

  • Year End 

  • Registration number

  • UTR number

  • VAT scheme 

  • VAT registration number

  • VAT registration date

  • VAT Submit Type

  • Account Office Reference Number

  • PAYE Reference Number 

  • SIC Codes (New)


Summary of Recent Changes:


Secondary Email - You can now add an additional email address for each client. 


Addresses - You can now add multiple address types; Registered Office, Trading Address and Overseas Address.


SIC Codes - By entering the Companies House Reference Number, the system will automatically fetch the Company codes. These codes can also link with the Company Secretarial module and all addresses (Registered Office, Trading, and Overseas) are synced automatically.
