Welcome to our Guide for importing data in Capium 365! This guide will walk you through essential initial steps, best practices and key features within the Books section.

 

Importing Clients into the client portal

  1. Navigate to the client portal
  2. Navigate to the “Manage” tab
  3. Scroll down to “Imports”
  4. Click “Clients” and “Next” in the bottom left
  5. Select the module and client type and press “Next”
  6. The selected client data should download and a message saying this has been successful will appear.

 

Importing Data from Bookkeeping into Capium 365

  1. Navigate to the client portal
  2. Navigate to the “Manage” tab
  3. Find the client you want to import the data for and enter their 365
  4. Click the cog icon in top right hand corner  labelled settings
  5. Click “Imports”
  6. Here there are several options, click the one you want and press next
  7. Select “From other Capium Modules” and press “Next”
  8. Press “Next” again and this should import the data selected from the Bookkeeping module for this client

  7. VAT Rates
