Welcome to our Guide for Bank Feeds in Capium 365! This guide will walk you through essential initial steps, best practices and key features within Bank Feeds.


How to link a bank account 

To begin using Capium 365’s Bank Feed feature, you will need to link a bank account. To do this, you need to: 

  1. Click on the three dashes in the top left corner of the screen
  2. Navigate to the “Bank Feeds” tab 
  1. Click on the “+” icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
  1. Select the bank 
  1. Select “Allow” 
  1. Log in or populate the bank details as required 
  1. Once completed, you will be taken back to Capium 365 and the bank account will be connected 

 

You can export bank transactions. To do this, you need to: 

  1. Click on the three dashes in the top left corner of the screen
  1. Navigate to the “Bank Feeds” tab 
  2. Select the three dots in the right-hand corner 
  1. Select between Excel, CSV or PDF Format 

 

You can refresh/resync bank transactions. To do this, you need to: 

  1. Click on the three dashes in the top left corner of the screen
  1. Navigate to the “Bank Feeds” Tab 
  2. Select the refresh icon in the right hand side of the screen 

 

After every 90 days, the bank account will need to be reauthenticated. To do this, you need to: 

  1. Click on the three dashes in the top left corner of the screen
  2. Navigate to the “Bank Feeds” Tab 
  1. Select “Reauthenticate” where you will be taken to TrueLayer 
  1. Log in or populate the bank details as required 
  1. Once completed, you will be taken back to Capium 365 and the bank account will be connected 

 

How to refresh a Bank Feed

  1. Click on the three dashes in the top left corner of the screen
  2. Navigate to the “Bank Feeds” Tab
  3. Click the icon with the two arrows in the top right hand corner of the screen 

 

How to delete a bank account 

  1. Click on the three dashes in the top left corner of the screen
  2. Navigate to the “Bank Feeds” Tab  
  1. Select the bin icon and press this
  1. Select “Yes”
