- Select “+ Add Receipts”

- Select the receipts that you wish to upload
You can add up to 10 receipts at a time. Once a receipt has been added, there are five different statuses:
- Processing – The system is uploading the receipts
- Review – Once a receipt has been processed and is awaiting approval
- Approved – If the accountant has approved the receipt
- Rejected – If the accountant rejects the receipt
- Archived – Receipts are deleted 30 days after when they are marked as archive
Really good but probably doesn't need to be numbered if you are explaining the stages, i reckon this would look better if you bullet pointed it.
You can export the receipts. To do this, you need to:
- Navigate to the “Suppliers” Tab
- Select the three dots in the right-hand corner
- Select between Excel, CSV or PDF Format
