How to add receipts

  1. Navigate to the “Suppliers” tab
  2. Select “+ Add Receipts”
  3. Select “Choose a File”
  4. Select the receipts that you wish to upload

You can add up to 10 receipts at a time. Once a receipt has been added, there are five different statuses:

  • Processing – The system is uploading the receipts
  • Review – Once a receipt has been processed and is awaiting approval
  • Approved – If the accountant has approved the receipt
  • Rejected – If the accountant rejects the receipt
  • Archived – Receipts are deleted 30 days after when they are marked as archive

Really good but probably doesn't need to be numbered if you are explaining the stages, i reckon this would look better if you bullet pointed it.

You can export the receipts. To do this, you need to:

  1. Navigate to the “Suppliers” Tab
  2. Select the three dots in the right-hand corner
  3. Select between Excel, CSV or PDF Format
