Welcome to our Guide for Documents in Capium 365! This guide will walk you through essential initial steps, best practices and key features within the Documents section.

 

How to make document request

  1. Navigate to the “Documents” Tab
  2. Select “+ Add Invite”
  3. Select “Create Blank Invite” or “Create from Template”

 

If you select “Create from Template”, you need to:

  1. Select “Add” on the templates you require
  2. Select the star icon to the right of the template for the most important template
  3. Select “Create Invite”
  4. Populate the setup as required
  5. Select “Next”
  6. Populate the contacts as required
  7. Select “Next”
  8. Populate the requests as required
  9. Select “Next”
  10. Review the Invite
  11. Select “Send Invite”


You also have the option to import templates. To do this go to:

  1. Navigate to 365
  2. Click on the “Manage” tab
  3. Click imports
  4. Select “Templates” and click “Next”
  5. Here you can upload a CSV file with the templates in, there is also a sample file
  6. Once you have uploaded a CSV file click “Next”
  7. This will verify the data that has been uploaded, once you are happy, click “Accept and Continue”

 

When you send the document request the client will receive a notification in their app and by email.

There are five stages of a document request, they are:

  1. Sent
  2. Viewed
  3. Returned
  4. Closed
  5. Approved
  6. Rejected

 

How to approve or reject document requests

  1. Navigate to the “Documents” tab
  2. Select the invites icon in the left panel
  3. Select invite ID
  4. Select “Request"
  5. Select “Accepted” to approve or “Reject” to send a note to the client
