This article will provide a step by step guide on how to log, add and edit the time spent on a particular task specifically for admin users.

Remember as admin you are able to approve everybody’s time including yours and add time from any other account. 


Add time:


Navigation: Time & Fees > Time > Timelog > +Add Time



To add time you can include the following:

  • Job ID

  • Client

  • Task

  • User

  • Date 

  • Time spent

  • Description


Once saved, it will create a new job and that will be stored in the unsubmitted section.


Unsubmitted:



In order to submit for approval, you have to hover over the unsubmitted time log and click ‘submit for approval’.

You can also send reminders here too.


PFA: Pending for Approval


Once you submit for approval it will be in the PFA section and you can bulk approve/ reject within here. 


Approved:



This then moves into the approved section, which can be seen above and if for any reason you may need to withdraw approval you are able to do this by clicking on ‘withdraw approval’. 

Once you withdraw it moves this back into the unsubmitted section. 


Rejected:


This section contains the rejected time logs, if you need to withdraw the rejection hover over the time log and click ‘withdraw rejection’.

You can also do this in bulk by clicking on all the time logs you need to withdraw rejection for. 


Navigation: Time & Fees > Time > +Add Time > Day


After adding a job the day view is shown and you can edit the time by clicking inside the time.

You can edit the job after creating it by clicking by clicking on the specific job

You can also save and submit for approval here


Navigation: Time & Fees > Time > +Add Time > Week


 

By toggling to the week view you can select a specific week to view on the calendar.

You can use the 3 dots on the right hand side to copy previous tasks into the following week.
