We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates to CapiSign, designed with your feedback in mind! Our latest release includes several key features to enhance your experience and streamline your workflow.


Here's what's new:


  • New Settings Interface: We’ve revamped the settings to give organisations more control over the visibility of documents, making it easier to align with your internal processes. Now you can manage document access with greater precision and flexibility.

  • Email Templates: You asked, and we listened! CapiSign now offers the ability to create and send custom email templates. This means you can personalise your communications, making your e-signing process even more professional and tailored to your needs.

  • Custom Logos: We've made it even easier for you to add your personal touch to your documents. You can now customise your logos with more options, helping your brand stand out in every signed document.

  • Enhanced E-Sign Details: For better tracking and security, we’ve improved the e-signature capture. The last page now displays additional details such as the IP address and the exact date the document was signed. Plus, a clear note will be added after each signature, confirming that the document has been electronically signed.
