To access the Invoice Templates you can click this link. Alternatively you can also follow the navigation as shown below.
Navigation: Practice Management > Settings > Invoice Templates
Once you have followed the navigation above there are two options
On 'Templates (Doc') you can upload your own invoice templates. However, you will need to use Capium tags provided in the attachment of this article so that the system can pick up various information such as the Client Name, Invoice Amount etc.
On 'Templates (PDF)' you can choose from the 5 different Invoice Templates within the software and customise them to your liking.
Furthermore, you are able to add your logo and footer on the Invoice Template through Bookkeeping. To add your company logo and footer you can click this link. Alternatively you can also follow the navigation as shown below.
Navigation: Bookkeeping > Settings > General Settings > Company Logo
Once you have followed the navigation, you are able to upload your company logo. The maximum size of the logo is 120 x 600 px.
If you would like to edit the footer on the Invoice Template click this link. Alternatively you can also follow the navigation as shown below.
Navigation: Bookkeeping > Settings > General Settings > Invoice Templates
Once you have followed the navigation, select edit on your current Invoice Template.
By scrolling all the way down, you are able to view the footer of the Invoice Template which you are able to personalise. Once it has been updated in Bookkeeping, it will also be automatically updated in Practice Management module.
