To sign Annual Accounts in Capisign you can click on this link. Alternatively you can also follow the navigation as shown below.


Navigation: Capisign >> Actions >> Edit


After you have navigated your way to the correct Annual Account, select 'Edit' from the 'Actions' drop down. 



Enter your credentials in the 'Add Signatories' prompt and save.



Once saved, the credentials should appear in the 'Tags' drop down. Select the correct person from the 'Tags' drop down and you will then be able to drag and drop their signature where it is needed from the tag section below. 



Once you have added the relevant signatures to the Annual Accounts, you will then be able to save them by selecting 'Review' below the Annual Account. 



After you have reviewed the Annual Accounts and are happy with the signatures, you will then be able to send the Annual Accounts by selecting 'Send' below the Annual Account.
