Location:


Contacts >> Customers >> Go into customers account >> Find the invoice that the receipt has been allocated to >> Use the drop down box to select 'Unallocated amount'.

Help Guide:


From the navigation panel, go into 'Contacts' and then 'Customers'. 

Using the search function, find the customer and go into their account. 



Find the invoice that the receipt has been allocated to and using the action drop down box, click on 'Unallocated Amount' 



Method 2:


You can choose to delete the receipt if need be. 

Go into 'Sales' and then 'Receipts' from the navigation panel 



Find the receipt and and using the action drop down box, click on 'delete'.
