The message "EF Documents not Found" appears when the Companies House servers are busy at the time of submission and it is generally Accepted/Rejected within a day of making such submission.

Keep monitoring this to ensure acceptance or try again later. You can also check it on the Companies House website, you may see that the submission has been accepted
