Navigation:  Bookkeeping > Sales/Purchases > Invoices


Help/Guide:


You may raise the Credit note under the purchases section. 


Navigate to the Sales/Purchase Invoice page from the navigation above, click on New Invoice then change the invoice type to Credit Note from the drop down (see below)



Then please head to the bank account 


Navigation:  Bookkeeping > Bank > Dashboard > Select Bank



Please select refund from the action dropdown next to the transactions


The following pop up will appear, please enter the details of the credit note and the amount to allocate.


Then click save.
