The Bookkeeping module allows you to view and edit the following;

  • Turnover Summary
  • VAT Summary
  • Debtors/Creditors Chart
  • Sales/Purchases Chart
  • Invoice Ageing Summary
  • Client Details
  • Bank Accounts




Turnover Summary


In Turnover summary, the user can see the following;


Sales

In the Sales section the user can see the number of sales done for the current month and the previous month along with these options;

  • Add Sales -On Clicking on “+Sales” user should navigate to create new invoice page
  • Add Customer
  • Add Quote
  • All Sales
  • All Customers


Purchases

In Purchases section the user can see the total purchases of the current and previous month along with these options;

  • Add Purchase
  • Add Supplier

                                               
VAT Summary
In VAT Summary user can view the summary of the liability of VAT submissions.


Debtors/Creditors Chart
Debtors/Creditors chart displays month-wise summary for the last six months for Debtors and Creditors.


Sales/Purchases Chart
Sales/Purchases chart displays month-wise summary for the last six months for Sales and Purchases.


Invoice Ageing Summary
In the Invoice Ageing summary, I can know the amount due for 1-30 days, (invoices are due 30 days or less) 31-60 days, (invoices are due for 30 days but less than 60 days) 61-90 days Invoices are due for 60 days but less than 90 days) and 91-120 days (invoices are due for 90 days but less than 120 days) and above 120 days (invoices are due for more than 120 days).

Client Details

In the Client details, you can view the entire Client details. By clicking on the pencil the

client details can be edited.


Bank Accounts

Bank Accounts lists all the Banks related to the Client.
On Clicking, +Bank Account user can navigate to the new Bank Account page.
